Flip or Flop is Terrific!
Flip or Flop is one of my two favorite HGTV shows - right up there with Nicole Curtis' Rehab Addict. Flip or Flop follows an engaging and talented young couple working their hearts out to make it in real estate by rehabbing distressed homes. Interesting story lines, engaging personalities, support for one another - and just enough uncertainty to add a dash of suspense. Will they sell the house after they have rehabbed it for a price that allows them to get their money back? Or will they risk it all and lose one too many times?
It's not Great Expectations, but if you are interested in a storyline that features people you'd like to have as friends, seeing how Tarek and Christina turn real estate horrors into beautiful family homes is a TV program I think you might enjoy. I recommend Flip or Flop wholeheartedly.
Wow a reality show without annoying people
I'm not sure how much Flip or Flop is staged and I really hope very little is but as most of us know by now reality shows these days can be very deceving. I have been in love with Real Estate Flipping shows since Property Ladder. Flip or Flop is my new favorite and to my delight the couple they feature are very likeable people. This is a big contrast compared to Armando Montelongo from Flip this House. He made that show unwatchable.
This likeable couple with their adorable daughter makes you want them to succeed. The only problem is that they are so good looking they don't seem real. The wife is distractingly beautiful but also comes off as extremely smart. Oh and their 2 year old is probably the most adorable baby I have seen on television since the Olsen twins.
All in all a great show.
This show could have easily been called Ken and Barbie get married and become real estate flippers.
Okay
Well it is okay like to see if they sold some of them be for the end or update from the last show.
